Hiawassee Road Force Main Rehab
The L & S Design and Sub-Surface Utility Team provided a specific purpose survey including topographic apparent right of way, sub-surface utility designation and test holes for the City of Orlando project.

L & S provided survey control, construction surveying, GIS inventories and high resolution aerial imagery for this challenging 3 year contract.
Every tree, shrub, sprinkler head and burial crypt had to be inventoried with all required attributes for the site specific GIS system.

Georgia Pacific Design Build Pipeline Project
L & S has committed 3 employees, full time, to this design build project located in Perry, Florida. The project consists of 15 miles of pressure pipe design and construction, plant upgrades, sub-surface utility engineering and bathymetric surveying. The project is expected to be complete early 2020.
Barbuda
L & S was commissioned to perform a topographic survey of 2,800 acres of land immediately after Hurricane Irma passed over the island. A team of four camped on island for 6 months with no running water and only a generator to keep the batteries charged. Utilizing tidal gauges to establish a vertical datum, unmanned aerial vehicles to produce high resolution imagery and topographic data and RTK GPS to establish survey control.
Horizon West Phase I
The L & S Design Team provided a boundary, topographic, tree and wetland survey for the 250 acre Orange County project.
